My Story
As most of you know, I have Type 1 Diabetes. I was diagnosed 33 years ago when I was 10.
To help support a charity close to our hearts I will be takinge part in the Diabetes UK Birmingham Wellness Walk (8 miles or almost 13km) on Sunday 7th July with my wonderful team "Shake Rattle and Stroll". The team is my Mom, Lynda, my other half, Dan, my brother, Daniel and Dan's Mom, Jan.

We are walking towards a happier, healthier future by taking on the Birmingham Wellness Walk (if you know how much I hate exercise you'll know this is a real challenge for me π€£). Please help support us so that together we can support everyone affected by diabetes. π
